Our Parmesan and Herb topped Focaccia is a type of Italian bread made with yeast and a strong, high-gluten flour, baked in flat sheet pans. It is mildly salty and pillowy, and is great served along side sauces or dips. This focaccia is roughly 9" X 12" in size.
